How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to lock in your date. However, we sometimes have last-minute availability too — so it’s always worth asking!
How much space does the photo booth need?
Our iPad booths are super compact! A 3m x 2m space is usually plenty, and we’ll guide you on setup once we know your venue layout.
Is setup and pack-down included in the price?
Setup and pack-down (+ delivery fee) aren’t included in the plan price. A small additional fee applies based on your event location, usually between A$30 and A$100. Our team will handle everything smoothly once the setup fee is confirmed.
Can we customise the photo templates?
Yes! We’ll work with you to create a template that matches your event theme, colours, or branding perfectly.
How can guests receive or share their photos?
Guests can instantly share their photos via SMS, QR code, AirDrop, or Email right after capturing them. Plus, we’ll send you a full gallery link within 24 hours with all event photos and videos - ready to view or download anytime.
What happens if there’s a technical issue during the event?
Our team will fix any issue right away, and if your event is affected, we’ll offer a full/fair refund or credit.
Do you travel outside Melbourne?
Absolutely! We cover Melbourne and nearby areas, and can travel further for special events. A small delivery and setup fee applies depending on the location, usually between A$30 and A$100.
Can I hire the booth for just a few hours?
Of course — we offer flexible hire durations starting from 2 hours. You can even upgrade your package if you decide to extend on the day.
